These fabrics are perfect for the summers. Transparency or sheer texture is a unique feature of chanderi fabrics. The transparency is due to the single flature quality of yarn. The fabric borrowed its name from the small town Chanderi in Madhya Pradesh. 

This fabric is beautiful soft and flowy drapes amazingly well as a saree, however these can also be used for kurtis for women, Kurtas  for men, blouses, shirts, dresses, duppattas, stoles etc.
