This special edition one-of-a-kind, hand painted silk kimono is a refined take on a classic mid-length robe, and was made for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's Wear LACMA collection, an art and fashion project featuring unique edition pieces created by Los Angeles's designers and inspired by the museum's permanent collection and exhibitions. The entire body of cinnabar and blush silk charmeuse is covered in a one-of-a-kind multi-colored floral design, inspired by an 18th Century Japanese textile fragment. The robe is hand painted by Liseanne herself, truly making it a wearable work of art. The sleeve has a gentle slope, and reaches the fingertips, while the length hits the knee gracefully.
